TERMS OF RETURN
If you wish to return goods you are required to:
1.Fill in the Claim for return of goods
2. Send the goods by parcel post to the address: 121596, Russia, Moscow city, Barvikhinskaya str., 6-1-9
3.In addition to the goods, the parcel should contain:
- completed claim form;
- a copy of the payment document certifying payment of the goods and their delivery;
- a copy of your passport (as per the requirement of the Central Bank of Russia dated 04.10.1993, No. 18)
If you wish to return goods of proper quality, then we will accept from you almost any goods, provided the goods have not been used, consumer properties of the goods and marketable condition, original packaging (stamps, factory labels) are saved, as well as purchase receipt or cash register receipt.
The money will be transferred to your bank account within 10 days after our receipt of the goods.
If you wish to return goods of improper quality, then we will accept from you almost any goods, subject to availability of conclusion of authorized service center. In case the Conclusion of service center is not available, we will carry out check of quality of these goods, at own expense (term of check up to 30 days), and will contact you on the results:
- if, in the course of check of quality, the goods are found to be the goods of improper quality, we will refund the money within 5 working days from receipt of the results of conducted quality check:
cost of the goods;
cost of delivery;
cost of assembly (if applicable);
- if, in the course of check of quality of the goods, including expertise, if necessary, the goods is found to be defective as a result of misuse, we will return to you the goods to carry out repairs yourself, costs incurred in carrying out the expertise, are subject to be reimbursed by the buyer on the basis of duly executed documents.
Terms of Return of Kits.
The kit is a set of goods sold under special terms, on which the buyer is informed prior to the date of purchase, while buying all the goods of the set at a time.
The buyer has right to return the entire kit in whole, i.e. all goods included in the set of the kit, provided that the goods have not been used, consumer properties of the goods and marketable condition, original packaging (stamps, factory labels) are saved, as well as purchase receipt and cash register receipt. Return of separate goods included in the kit is not permitted.
If, in the course of check of quality of one of the goods included in the kit, it is found out that the goods are to be the goods of improper quality, we agree to make an exchange of the goods of improper quality for similar goods of proper quality in terms established by the laws of the Russian Federation, subject to the receipt of goods of improper quality
The money will be transferred to your bank account within 10 days after our receipt of the goods.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept certain types of goods included in the “List of non-food goods of proper quality, not subject to be returned or exchanged for goods of other size, form, dimensions, design, color and kitting", approved by Decree of the Government of Russia dated 19.01.1998, No. 55
Please be careful and be guided by these requirements. Otherwise we will not be able to refund you money
